1) If selected, you will submit a $200 fully refundable deposit to confirm the session date & time. After the session, you may choose to: Use the deposit to purchase prints/products, OR Receive a full refund and keep your complimentary artist-selected print.

2) You grant Colt Melrose Photography permission to use images from the session for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and digital promotions.

3) You understand this is a 30-minute portrait session and no professional hair/makeup is provided.
